This is done through the continuous development of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various specialties of dentistry to keep pace with technological development and scientific progress, meet the needs of the society and serve the community.

The college aims through this sector to graduate students with abilities and skills in the dental labor market. The college has an approved strategy for teaching and learning that aligns with the vision and mission of the university. This strategy includes the conventional and unconventional teaching methods such as self-learning and electronic student assessment systems in order to achieve greater transparency and equal opportunity. It also includes increased training for faculty members, developing the academic support system, enhancing teaching and learning resources, and developing curricula and teaching methods to meet the needs of all students, and to adopt a model of comprehensive care in clinical teaching. The new strategy aims to change the curriculum from treatment only to the scope of prevention and treatment in addition to using a variety of methods in teaching, learning and assessment.
The areas of development also included educational curricula and changing them into a system of credit hours in addition to activating e-learning.
The college has two bachelor programs: a program with the traditional system while the other is a credit hour system.

The college aims to use the latest technologies and devices in the field of dentistry to deal with developments in the field of professional development, technical support and provision of treatment services. The college also pays special attention to preserve and develop the environment to ensure the best practices to achieve the sustainable development goals. We are happy to work with all societal parties to achieve the college's mission.

Scientific research is one of the pillars of the educational process. The success of the college and its educational body depends on improving scientific research.
The research work proceeds through a research plan prepared in the light of environmental analysis results of the college and the capabilities available or can be obtained.Also, the college's scientific research plan stems from and is linked to the university's plan.
The college's research activities vary, including preparing scientific research and supervising theses, arbitration of research, and participation in various scientific committees
and the promotions committee for Faculty Members for the Dental Sector.On the recommendation of the College Council, the university grants 30 scientific degrees in various programs, including 12 master's programs and 1 clinical master's and 15 doctoral programs in many disciplines. Faculty members and the supporting body continuously advance to obtain funding for research projects and a large number has obtained funding.
In addition to this, the college's journal is "Alexandria Dental Journal". One of the most important leagues in Egypt and has won the highest points in the evaluation of the leagues by the Promotions Committee

The Faculty Secretary sector aims to develop the financial and administrative sectors of the college in accordance with the latest developments in technology by governance of all administrative and financial operations, by restructuring the financial and administrative sectors in accordance with the latest developments in technology, digitalizing the financial and administrative sectors, assessing and improving human resources in the financial and administrative sectors.
In addition, the sector is interested in promoting the use of information and communication technology in the provision of administrative services through raising the efficiency of employees and other internal beneficiaries and qualifying them to use information and communication technology.
