The Faculty Council of Dentistry, Alexandria University discussed the transmittal of AU Vice-President for Graduate Students and Research regarding the recommendations of the permanent committee to study the cases of demonstrators and assistant lecturers who are in vacations or scientific missions as following:
First:
The enrolled students in graduate studies programs and not registered in Master or PhD, are allowed to travel for training during their current duty for one year as maximum without any expenses on the university.
Second:
The enrolled students in graduate studies programs and registered in Master or PhD, are allowed to travel for training during their current duty for renewable one year with a salary from the university for the first year only.
Third:
The students who obtained previous approval to travel for training and are abroad now, can renew the vacation for one year for the last time upon a request.
Fourth:
All previous articles are applicable insofar as it is not inconsistent with the provisions 155, 156 of the organizing law of universities.
Fifth:
These rules are applicable from the date of approval by the University Council.
